Laptop Display Issues - Computer Glitches, Folders, Browser, Video Recording by Phone

Why does my laptop screen flicker and display folders and browser windows incorrectly even after formatting Windows twice?

The thread points to a graphics-driver problem: install the proper drivers for all devices, especially the Intel and NVIDIA drivers from the laptop manufacturer’s website, and turn Aero off [#16436524][#16440642] If the issue remains, post a full Device Manager screenshot with the graphics section expanded and a Hwinfo screenshot using the “Sensors Only” option [#16436435][#16440714] To rule out disk or system problems, also run CrystalDiskInfo and Process Explorer and attach the FRST logs (Frst.txt and Addition.txt) [#16436435]

For some time the computer has been making my computer terrible. I formatted twice the same. Once it turns on and flashes elegantly, and once it silts. I will add a video where you can see how folders silence when displaying the same browser. What could it be ? Sorry for the quality but I recorded by phone.

I have corrected the spelling, remember for the future:

3.1.15. Do not ask immediately in the forum, if you have not checked anything yourself or attempted self-diagnosis. Remember that advice is given remotely in the absence of physical access to the device, the problem must be very well described and understood by users, and the title should include the brand, model and brief description of the fault.

3.1.13. Take care of language correctness and keep the rules of netiquette. Do not send messages from which it is difficult to deduce what their author wanted to convey.

    Replace screen with:
    CrystalDiskInfo: http://portableapps.com/apps/utilities/crystaldiskinfo_portable
    and:
    Process Explorer: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/processexplorer
    (whole windows)

Also include in the attachment the logs from FRST (Frst.txt and Addition.txt):
    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/farbar-recovery-scan-tool/

For this screen from the device manager.

You still haven't uploaded a screen from your device manager, please expand the graphics card section before you take it.

    Did you turn off Aero?

I wrote you twice to turn off Aero.

Did you install the drivers for the Intel and NVIDIA cards from the laptop manufacturer's website?

Then use all these programs when it starts to "mule" and only post screenshots because now you can see nothing interesting.
