    Burned resistors R5-4.7?; R6-470?; R7-1k? and R8-0.68?. Of course, I replaced them and additionally I replaced the 2SK3567 transistor. The charger is still not charging.

    There is no voltage to the UC3842BN. Capacitors and diodes are functional.

    Because the topic is not closed, let me add that in addition to the above. components must be replaced with UC3842. I had the same case.
    And the reason was the dried 82uF / 400V capacitor.
