VW T5 2.5 tdi 2005 - ventilation, blower, fan not working in any gear

I searched, I found similar ones, but others do not solve my problem

particulars:

Front airflow does not work in any gear (rear airflow is not available)
Manual air conditioning, with parking heater, roof control
The indicator lights on the buttons indicating the activation of the air conditioning and the internal circuit (air conditioning not filled) also do not work
good fan, it flashes for a short time
all fuses checked: engine compartment, under cup holder and driver's seat
on the fan power supply the meter shows two masses, it has the same masses to the resistor cube

I read the post @ziemp and from what can be seen under the seat there is no damage to the installation, insulation, etc., except under the floor, and I haven't looked there yet

what to check next? What should the air supply switch receive?
