Hello. The flame looks as if the burner is not receiving air, and only gas exits the barrel of the burner instead of a mixture with air. Check the burner air inlets are not obstructed and there is no obstruction on the burner air inlet. Or maybe something has overheated and melted (e.g. the plastic parts around the nozzle) blocking the air inlets. Greetings.

I checked everything, buddy, and everything indicates that you are 100% right. checked - OK No, it worked about 2-3 minutes after unpacking. After contacting the seller, I submitted a complaint. As it is a gas device, I did not want to risk a major accident or explosion. Thanks Rysio !!
