Siemens SN66T050EU Dishwasher: Error e:09, Heating Circuit Issue, Heater Testing & Schematics

The Siemens dishwasher refused to obey. Looks like a problem with the heating circuit. I dismantled the dishwasher, located the electronics and the pump heater.
Unfortunately, I do not have a connection diagram and do not know how to measure the heater to eliminate the problem with the control electronics.

I would add that the dishwasher behaves unchanged when I disconnect the Red and PE cables going to the heater.

A request for a schema and advice on what to do about it.

How to measure the output from the control system? Should he give 230 to the heater? Which contacts?

After replacing the heat exchanger with Siemens 654575 and reworking the wiring, the dishwasher works correctly.
