    Hello. I apologize in advance if the wrong department, but I didn't know which to connect it to.
    Some time ago I bought the above mentioned bluetooth headphones. Until now they played very well, but today, after trying to activate the microphone in them, the sound has been very distorted (they sound like a 150-year-old radio with broken speakers). However, after turning off the micro the greatly the sound returns to normal. Can it somehow be done to turn on the micro the greatly the sound was still good? I will add that after connecting to the phone everything seems to be ok.

    Maybe the drivers have updated themselves (Win10 ...) and hence the trouble. Try to restore previous or use system restore and roll back to yesterday. Files will not die.

    I did as you wrote - it helped. However, after restarting the micro the greatly they started to sound like before. After turning off the micro the greatly (switching to system laptop) the sound returns to normal. It looks like a micro phone distorted the sound and returns to normal when turned off. With drivers I have already tried reinstalling the update and it did nothing.

    Then do what you did before, and then disable automatic driver updates (;

    After undo rudders drivers and turning off updates, still the same. They play well - microphone settings - they start to freak out - sound settings - they play normally. If nothing helps, try to write to the JBL support, maybe they will suggest something.
