    Hello. I have a problem with my bluetooth headphones. Namely, when I have them connected to my computer and I start GTA 5 or enter the voice channel on discord, the sound becomes distorted. I have an adapter for my computer.

    System : Windows 10
    Headphones: JBL TUNE500BT
    Adapter : Asus BT-400

    Hi. I have a similar problem. Where can I find such settings? I'm guessing it's the sound card settings?

    Settings->Search->Sound mixer options. And we change to headphones (JBLTUNE500BT Stereo).

    As for the second picture, mine is the other way around. :D
    I also have an external sound card and a microphone, I do not use the microphone built into the headphones.

    Maybe the lack of a dedicated sound card is the problem? Because from what I understand, I have an integrated one in the board or card.

    I remember that once my external microphone broke, when I had an external sound card plugged in and the microphone was set to the headset, the sound was distorted.
    When I removed the external sound card everything worked. I will add that after 2 system reinstalls (for a different reason) nothing has changed.
    Now I unplugged the external sound card and if no program uses the microphone, everything works. When I turn on Obs studio, I go to the voice channel on discord, the sound disappears, it only appears when I change the audio output to the headset, but then the sound is distorted. I used to struggle with it, now I've come to terms with it.
