    Hello,
Gentlemen, this topic has probably been discussed a million times, but as always when you are looking for something it is hard to find.
I am looking for ready-made or to be assembled temperature and humidity sensors for residential premises, which will be responsible for controlling heating and ventilation. I'm mainly concerned with aesthetics because the DS18B20 can be inserted almost anywhere.
Distances are about 10-15m maximum. Preferred wired interface.
The whole thing will probably be controlled by an "armed" raspberry.
A fully-fledged system will be rather expensive, because I wanted to integrate it with the detection of householders (independent: alarm installation) control of external lighting (dusk sensor, opening of the gate/gate, front door, etc.) and a few other things.
The intention is for the house to function normally in the event of a failure of such a system.
Is there somewhere available a description of the C14 protocol used to exchange information between elements of the heating system ?
    Thanks for your help.
    D.
