Hello, I have a problem with the Vega Taxi cash register. The cash register works normally, the only problem is that it prints an empty receipt. The printer module was changed and nothing helped. Please help what went and possibly what is the cost of repair and waiting time

Cash of which year? I had such cases, unfortunately the printer driver on the motherboard was damaged. The manufacturer does not repair only the disc for replacement. Enter the year of production and I'll see if it's from a similar period.

I had 2 cases, production cash 11/2015 and 12/2015 - in both cases the plate to be replaced with the printing mechanism. The repair was carried out by the manufacturer's service in Nowy Sącz, the cash registers were still under warranty, so I won't give the costs. You must report to your website. The cost of the mainboard is about PLN 600-700 + the cost of the printing mechanism about PLN 300.
