Hello, I was able to install the versions Version V9.2.1.27 (WW) but the problem still occurs with Wi-Fi, i.e. long startup with the displayed message "Wi-Fi enabled .."
And with applications such as youtube, firefox, chrome
Youtube only works on version 3.5.5
Firefox version 53.0, after starting the message "TA version of firefox cannot run on this device armeabI-v7a, 15)" and restart.
Browser Chrome pley store is not displayed.
What can be done in this case, maybe some new Android?

If you are feeling adventurous, you can install a custom rom from XDA:

The answer to both questions is yes.

You need to read what and how, because there is a possibility of damage to the equipment.

Generally, you will need this to start with:

to upload your recovery and then use it the custom rom you are interested in.

I warn you once again - if you feel that you cannot handle it, let it go.

I have been doing it quite a long time, but doing everything as described it is not difficult.

Although I am wondering about the WiFi problems you describe, I did not have such problems on the manufacturer's roms, is it a hardware problem?

but Wi Fi starts after a few minutes, if Wi Fi is turned off and then we want to turn it on, is it possible to upload a newer version of Android

I have already replied that it is. The manufacturer's support ended with Android 4.0.3, newer versions probably up to 6.0.1 are currently being developed by the community - the so-called I wrote custom rom about them. I installed the custom version 4.4.4 myself due to problems with the compatibility of the factory firmware with new versions of Google services.

Question to be more knowledgeable about the topic.
Does it make sense to install a higher version of Android on this hardware? Now I have 4.0.3

If it is available, it is. A lot of newer applications require a newer android.

    OK thanks.
Then, looking at the TF101 specification, install Android 6 or 7?

Second question, the process is reversed? In this version (4.0.3) the tablet works smoothly and without sticking.

Topic summary

The user experiences prolonged Wi-Fi activation times and issues with various applications post-update. Responses suggest exploring custom ROMs from the XDA community as a potential solution, with warnings about the risks involved in the installation process. Users confirm that newer Android versions (up to 6.0.1) are available through community support, which may resolve compatibility issues with modern applications.
