Hello. I have a problem with the lenovo y700 laptop, it is a configuration with the i5 gtx 960m and 4gb but I bought 8gb and gave a 4gb bone instead.
I thought it would help but nothing helps. When I turn on the laptop, it turns on relatively quickly, but when I turn on the disk LED is still on for about 10 minutes (about because I did not count it, but it takes a while until this LED goes out).
If it goes off as long as it is possible to use it, but everything turns on for a long time, the games are also not working, I have these 100fps around in games,
but there are such seconds. Please help me because I don't know what to do.

Enter the task manager and check what is using the disk (you can upload a screenshot).

Screen from crystaldiskinfo - the entire smart table, because it's probably the HDD fault. Win10 system?
Screen of the process explorer - from the whole (not the task manager built into windows) - right after the desktop is switched on.

SMART does not communicate anything disturbing.
    The disk is ok.

ok maybe it is because the disk is 5400 revolutions?

10 minutes of continuous operation of the drive only after turning on is not normal.
All system updates installed? You can see that the antivirus "had something", also check if it is up to date.

    Added after 8 [minutes]:

    You can also do this:
ppm to my computer -> manage -> task scheduler -> library -> microsoft -> windows -> application experience and disable Ms Compatibility Appraiser and ProgramDataUpdater

The compattelrunner process triggered by these events can strain both the disk and the processor, and not only windows 10. It may have a negative impact on your performance as well. I don't know if disabling it can have negative effects.

It seems to have gotten better from what I can see after disabling these two services or something. Thank you all for your help, I close the topic :D
