Baofeng UV-82: Programming Frequencies & Channel Names via Keyboard Without PC Cable

Hello, I have baofeng uv-82. I decided to buy and as it turned out I bought blocked. My colleague decoded them and told me to tire myself further ... Can someone explain me step by step how to program this device, unfortunately I do not have a PC cable and only the keyboard remains?
