Describe what your problem is, these washing machines do not need to be reset. The cause must be removed and a reset will not be needed.

Failure History.
- Pairing program - turned off 1 minute ahead of time, waited some time (maybe too short) to open the door
- The door could not be opened, two keys pressed to unlock the door had no effect.
- The washing machine's power has been turned off and on, after this operation the washing machine display shows as below,

All the time flashing start, each press of a key or knob only blinks the padlock. The door has been manually unlocked using this dining box at the bottom of the washing machine.

The knob in this washing machine is electronic with position lighting, I can not select anything with the knob because as I wrote everything is locked including the position indicator.

I have a similar situation.

The washing machine performed the "rinse" program with the spin turned to 0 (before clicking I clicked on the panel). About 20 minutes after finishing the program (I do not know what was going on there because I left the bathroom after the start) I opened the washing machine. The laundry was wet and spun (!) But I didn't care. I closed it, added washing liquid and I still can't do anything. The washing machine is stuck in the "rinsing" program, the timer shows 0, the knob is also blocked, as I turn it it lights up in the rinsing position, the padlock blinks on the panel. The door is unlocked.

On / off of the button and turning off / on does not help.
