Creating Home Ethernet Network with Orange Funbox 3.0: Verification, IP Cameras, UPS, POE

    Hello,
I am at the stage of creating an Ethernet network in my home and I am asking for verification if the project is correct.
In the attic there will be a switch and NAS powered by UPS, and the internet connection will be in the basement, and the supplier will probably be an orange and their funbox router.
    1. First, will it even work?
    2. Will the router power the IP cameras?
    3. I would like to see the cameras in case of power loss at home using UPS, should they be powered from the switch in this case? Should the switch then be POE?

If the cameras can be powered by PoE, you must have a PoE switch or additional power supplies. Funbox will not power them.

What will the images from the cameras be saved for?
In such a situation, after a power failure, if the FB is not connected to the UPS - the cameras will not work.

I wanted the image to be saved to disk on the NAS. So I think I need to either power the FB for some UPS, or pull the cameras from the switch that will have PoE?

If you want to preview the image after a power failure - it's not only a PoE switch, but also a router, the NAS must be under the UPS - and in this case, not the one for PLN 200 (low current efficiency, and it will consume some electricity).
It is worth thinking that the UPS would automatically turn on to the power supply if it comes back (after the battery is discharged) and starts to charge and power all elements of this network again.
