    Hello,

Recently I bought a Kruger & Matz Move 6s phone. Earlier I had an iPhone 5, but I fell, so I was looking for a cell phone to write, call, and from the big bell to check the email and messenger. K&M does the job, but I have a big problem with one thing - after a few days of use, a message pops up on the screen - "Unfortunately, Google Play services have stopped". I can't send text messages (you send something), Chrome does not work, Google store, in general the cell becomes unusable. It helps to restore factory settings, but also for a few days, which is so annoying. I have Android 6.0.

I did not find information on the Internet, how to remove this defect, can anyone help me?

Basic question. Have you created a google account? Lack of access to the store is a signal that you have not patted the account and sync gmail.com account

Yes, I always log in and work and the gmail store and account. The problem appears after a few days when the above-mentioned message occurs, which blocks me from accessing other applications that were working until the message appeared. And, most strangely, I can't send SMSs then, I don't know what this application is about.

And if there is a problem Google account still exists and can you access it in "accounts"? Whether it disappears or is unavailable, no editing. This may be due to some problem updating the application from the store. Maybe he can't pull something or doesn't finish and thus blocks other apps. Be pulling some app that smashes the system - in this situation do not allow updates (only manually) A problem with the store may indicate the update of the store app itself. Try to update any apps after reset and see if they crash

To be honest, I don't even know how to do it in this Marshmallow system. I search everywhere in this Google Play application and I can't find it, and I should look there. Usually, the problem occurs when the internal memory usage is around 80-90 MB, the only relationship I noticed. As for whether the Google account is still at the time of failure, I will have to check it only when this damn message pops up again.

Lack of memory should not give you the symptoms you described. Only slow down operation. The error information generates soft so I assume that the fault lies with the update or some virus, although the latter is unlikely. Can you specify what you are looking for in the Store application?

    Added after 2 [minutes]:

ok. enter the play store in the upper left corner you should have three horizontal bars (menu) next tab my games and applications - if all apps have the status on the right {OPEN] they are current, if they were not update

Nothing special - I always download weather applications, amplifying the microphone (it's very quiet), Facebook Lite, Messanger Lite. That's all! Actually, I found these updates. Thanks a lot Beard, but unfortunately it didn't help. I couldn't stand it, I went to two local services.

In the first one, the service technician said that you need to upload some other software, but this is only done by the Kruger & Matz service and I should send the phone back there (probably a month without a phone waiting for me).

On the second site, the guest said that this is to be done on the spot, but with K&M software you have to combine it and it will take one day and will cost PLN 40.

I don't know what's better. You don't know, Broda, how to do it somehow on your own? Are these some very complicated operations?

    Thanks to nutergms,

Can I upload the Move 6 firmware to Move 6s? Because I have such a system and I don't know if something will interfere there. I prefer to do it myself if it is not very problematic.

I had the same problem. It was resolved by the Friday OTG update. Now the Play Store is working.
Unfortunately, I have another problem - pop-up ads. The phone is clean, without any additional applications, and I still have ads :(

The update included the manufacturer's crap, the only solution is to either send a warranty or upload the rom on your own.

Topic summary

The user reports issues with their Kruger & Matz Move 6s phone, specifically encountering a persistent error message stating "Unfortunately, Google Play services have stopped," which renders the device unusable for messaging and browsing. Despite having a Google account set up, the problem recurs after a few days of use, often linked to high internal memory usage. Suggestions from other users include checking the Google account status, updating apps manually, and considering firmware updates. The user is contemplating whether to send the phone for service or attempt a firmware upload themselves, with some users having resolved similar issues through updates. However, caution is advised regarding warranty implications and potential risks of self-updating.
