Hello, I would like to ask about a good and cheap router for home use.
    Basic required features:
    - simultaneous dual band (DualBand) 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz
    - good signal quality near and far router (I do not know if it is possible)
    - operational reliability (failure to hang up, overheating, 24/7 operation)
    - trouble-free internet support up to 150 Mbps download
    - minimum support for the N standard, with the ability to support the AC standard

I limit the speed because of the price, because I do not need more, because I currently have a 100/10 Mbps connection. As for the price, I would not like to pay more than PLN 200. But I'm not sure if it is possible: /

Up to PLN 200. you will buy ASUS RT-AC53, unless you need USB.
With USB up to PLN 300. you will buy ASUS RT-AC1200G +

Asus routers are a proven brand and can be taken blindly.
Up to PLN 150. you can buy Netis WF2780 or TP-Link Archer C25 however, I would suggest buying Asus.

Seemingly a proven brand, but when you look at the tests of these cheaper versions, it loses the signal quality with Netis or TP-Link.

    I offer you a good ASUS RT-AC53, not the lower-end ASUS RT-AC51

ASUS RT-AC53 is definitely better than Netis WF2780 or TP-Link Archer C25

My proposal is ASUS RT-AC53, and you will do and buy whatever you want, but then you will not regret it because now you have a 100Mb / s net, and in a year or two you will have 200 or 250 Mb / s and then you will replace the router again :?:

    I have ASUS RT-AC68U and 250Mb / s for a few days, and for almost 2 years I had 120Mb / s, previously 60Mb / s.
I changed the net to a faster one because I wanted to :?: No, because my contract has expired and they offered me 120 Mb / s for PLN 4. less, or 250Mb / s for PLN 2. more.
    and what I chose :D
    After WiFi, I reach over 220Mb / s

Tell me again, are you reaching the 220 in a different room than the router is?

Therefore, I advise you not to save on the router.
I proposed ASUS RT-AC53, but a smarter purchase is ASUS RT-AC1200G + because not only is faster, it also has USB 2.0 to which you can connect a hard drive in the housing and use it as a NAS, or watch movies on TV if you have a TV with an Internet connection or in connect the 3G / 4G LTE modem if necessary and use the mobile network. This router gives you more options.
I know that PLN 300. it's not enough but if you have 200 then wait, collect the 100 more and you will certainly be more satisfied.
