LG K8, black screen instead of snap, application and gallery error

Hello,
So I have a problem with my LG K8 (android 6.0 marshmallow); / Namely, it does not display stories (VIDEO) ...
-> such stories are loaded all the time and when I try to open it, a black screen appears ... In addition, after such an action, when I record a movie and want to open it, the thumbnails disappear in the gallery (black spots -> see attachment). Only turning off the phone helps, thanks to which stories can be opened and the gallery is working properly. But after a while it happens all over again I have already cleaned the application data, uninstalled, cleaned the cache, scanned with antivirus, downloaded other galleries from the play store, uploaded all kinds of codecs, video playback programs, and even restored the factory settings and took out the xD memory card. Nothing to do ... Can anyone help?

Maybe the problem is on the Snapchat side? I recently heard that the project is failing (most enjoy it). Maybe a problem on the servers? Ask your friends if they have the same.
Apart from the activities you have performed, nothing else can be done. Possibly an update, if it comes out yet, will fix something.
Look for an older version on the internet, download .apk and see.

Oki, oki thanks Yes, I found yesterday that this is clearly a Snapchat bug which in turn causes a gallery bug on the phone. I just downloaded an older version, we'll see if it's ok. Thanks again
