Hello, as in the topic. I have rewritten the following topics and guides:

    Link

    Link

And still nothing. Same message / error. I attach screenshots. One screen is before manually typing ip etc and the other is after. EDIT. Other wired and wireless devices are also connected to the same router, each of them without any problems, the router itself does not block the allocation of ip in any way.

Remove the network adapter driver (from under Device Manager) and restart the computer.

Still the same. I deleted, after rebooting, they installed again, same. I forgot to add that the problem occurred "overnight". Yesterday evening I was watching a movie and I installed a Time Switch 4.0 so that after finishing the movie I would not have to get up and turn off the computer :P . Today I came after school, I started my computer and here's a surprise. I immediately checked the router, network card settings, cable connection and the internet on other devices.

Is there internet access on some Linux Live CD?

If so, remove these two tunnel connections.

Then uninstall it and restart your computer.
Antivirus or firewall not blocking the connection? It blocked me 3 times, it did not uninstall correctly 2 times, the module in Comodo's firewall did not load once, and there was no connection.
A program on shutdown may have killed some process quite thoroughly, and now there can be consequences.
Uninstalled antiviruses left garbage, Comodo did not load properly, in such cases I was losing the Internet "recently". Do you use "secure" connections through such programs?

I'm just making a bootable flash drive and it will write what came out. I created tunnel connections because when the internet didn't work for me anymore and I started to play in the Network and Sharing Center, they also have no effect (otherwise they are disabled).

I uninstalled and restarted, nothing helped.
I do not use the antivirus, I still turned off the firewall.
I don't use any magic programs to protect or speed up the internet. [/ Quote]

Okay gentlemen, I ran the linux live cd puppy and the same situation there. Takes some screwed up ip, gate, etc. (same as on windows) and has no internet access. So I can suspect that the network card has fallen?

    Added after 2 [minutes]:

I still had a suspicion of a broken cable, but I ruled it out by plugging the laptop into it and everything flashes here.

After a few months of not using this computer, I replaced the network card out of boredom. It was her fault, now everything works :)

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around persistent "Unidentified Network" issues on a Windows 7 system, resulting in no internet access despite other devices functioning correctly on the same router. The user attempted various troubleshooting steps, including reinstalling the network adapter driver, checking router settings, and disabling firewall and antivirus software, but the problem persisted. Suggestions included testing internet access via a Linux Live CD and removing tunnel connections. Ultimately, the user discovered that replacing the network card resolved the issue, indicating a hardware failure as the root cause.
