    Hello.
There are a few such topics, however, I have not found an answer anywhere. Best describes everything from the very beginning. I used windows 7 and everything worked fine but I decided to move to windows 10. And so the first time everything went nicely but only for some time and for unknown reasons suddenly the internet stopped working (via cable and via external network card). I read and saw that in windows 10 is a popular problem and decided to reinstall windows 10 but this time even for a while, the internet did not want to work ... ie, it connects to the network but also shows the yellow exclamation (unidentified network no intrner acces). So I went back to windows 7 and to my surprise the problem remained! I have the impression that I tried everything but I hope that you will be able to help me.
What did I try to do? among other things, I turned off internet protocol ipv6, I changed the address to static and dns also changed it from google. Please help:

First check on another device by connecting to the same cable. (Because the external card you write about is USB and you probably plug in the same plug). If it does not work on another device, first check what is there on the other side, connect briefly with another network cable. How it works briefly, change the speed parameters (down with the change of the duplex), turn off the autonegotiation on the card as it will move, and so you have to check the cable.

The cable I checked when connected to another device works correctly. I will add that I tried to ping Google with the ping command www.google.com -ti I received feedback:
ping request could not find host www.google.com. Please check the name over try again. Maybe it's a clue though it will be

Try pinging 8.8.8.8 -t. If the answer is the DNS fault.

and so the sequence of this, I have no idea what it means, so I would ask for further instructions.

Update the wifi drivers to the network adapter and change the channel - this is what you can do because it is a problem with the win 10 drivers or an unstable connection via the signal.

Nice wifi is on the laptop. I know that I wrote a bit chaotically but now I'm on windows 7 again and it seems to me that drivers are up to date because I was sitting a good part of the time because I was convinced that it's the drivers' fault but I do not seem to be to it; /

Hardware ID for wifi and driver versions - nothing can be inferred from what you provided.

I'm sorry but I do not know where to look for what you ask for. As if you could tell me where to look for it willingly and in the meantime 2 screenshots may also be useful

The first screen tab Driver and Details (hardware ID you need to create a list and select the appropriate entry).
Have you changed the channel on the router?
Install Innsider v2 and show the scanning result of the environment.

I hope that it was if I'm not sorry, but I really got angry. Namely, I can not run the inssider program because I do not have a net framework and when I download the net framework I do not want to install it because during installation an Internet connection is required. I wanted to install and move on the laptop but it does not support windows 10 ... in fact I can not run the inssider. Is NET FRAMEWORK missing if it can cause the whole problem? Immediately I will try to somehow embrace it

Of course - set the broadcast channel stiffly best on some middle channel 6.

Okay, he's already installing the software and he'll come up with this router and talk to you! Thank you very much for your help and the time you have already devoted to me!

Changing the channel did not give anything unfortunately. Any other ideas because I can not think of anything anymore.
