Windows 10 - error and message pops up during automatic repair

During the automatic repair, the error message and "C: \ Windows \ System32 \ Logfiles \ Srt \ SrtTrail.txt" pops up
Most likely, the error pops up because I unplugged the computer while it was still shutting down.
When I tried to restore the computer settings (without losing files) I get a failure error.
the only thing that normally starts is the command line.

You tried to paste into Google for example: C: \ Windows \ System32 \ logfiles \ Srt \ SrtTrail.txt ? The solution to the problem is included in at least the first few results. Dig in and then come back if it doesn't help.

I was looking for google, and there everything relates to system restore, only that my files are reserved and there is no point to restore.
