A few days ago I received a message about restarting my computer to fix system errors. I restarted the computer something started to do and after a while it showed that repair at startup failed. I could only enter the advanced options, but nothing can be done there. I tried to install the system with a pendrive but when it comes to the end and the computer restarts it is still the same, i.e. only the motherboard logo is displayed and later as if it restarts again all the time. Please help.

You put the thread in Hardware so it seems natural that you should provide information about the hardware configuration and the results of component tests.
Without it, it is difficult to find any point of attachment that will not result from fortune-telling - these indicate that you should start from the state of the disk (but as it is with fortune-tellers - they can be completely lost).

It could be that until now you had a disk system saved in UEFI system, now you have reinstalled and you can have a LEGACY system. Try to find this option in the boot tab in the motherboard bios and move.

Post SMART disk, e.g. using the Ultimate Boot CD tool, or something similar.

    Motherboard: MSI A68HM-E33 V2

How do I put a Smart disk if nothing but the motherboard logo turns on?

This is not a SMART disk. It is only information that according to automatic checking the status SMART = ok, and we want to see each parameter manually,

Record the bootable UBCD onto a USB pen and use the tool that suits you best.
    E.g. MHDD

I recorded UBCD on a pendrive, I started the computer from it and after a while the installation of windows turned on. Everything works for now. Thanks for the help.

Topic summary

The user experienced a startup repair failure on Windows 10 after receiving a system error message. Despite attempts to reinstall the operating system using a USB drive, the computer only displayed the motherboard logo and repeatedly restarted. Responses suggested checking hardware configurations, ensuring the boot mode (UEFI vs. LEGACY) was correct, and using SMART disk tools to assess the hard drive's health. The user later successfully recorded the Ultimate Boot CD (UBCD) onto a USB drive, booted from it, and managed to reinstall Windows, resolving the issue.
