Hi. How to disable the proximity sensor in LG? There is something wrong with it hardware because today the screen broke and the crack is passing through where it is (although the person who uses it previously complained that something is not working properly). I tried to calibrate the application from google play to nothing. Is the warranty still available when the glass is broken? I want to turn off this sensor because the screen goes blank during the conversation and it cannot be turned on again (you have to remove the battery). If I disassemble the phone, I will lose the warranty? Best regards and I hope for help as soon as possible!

Is it hard to read the warranty terms and provide the phone model?

If you unskillfully open the device, you will lose the warranty. If your glass has broken in the place where the proximity sensor is located, the break will most likely cause the sensor light to be reflected. You can turn on ending a call with the "power" button in the phone options.

There is no guarantee that every service that sees a broken glass and so called wine on you, no matter what would break, unless you have additional insurance on the phone which almost no one buys anyway.
As far as I remember, it is possible to turn off the accelerometer in the software somewhere, but unfortunately I do not remember what and how, so ask, keep looking. :)
