Check the main starter resistors.

I checked all resistors and it seems that they are functional except for one line on which resistors are connected in series: R31-4704 R32-4704 R70-4704 R90-2204 R78-2204 R72-2204 Unless the multimeter can't measure it. The path leads to a large resistor R5 and the other branch to Q2-MOV6.

What is your maximum ohmmeter measuring range?

From what I see it is up to 2000k

The first line of resistors is around 15Mohm Second 6.8Mohm So it's in the range of the instrument. No reading indicates a break.

In place of the smd resistors, I suggest to insert this into the threaded fitter and check it.
