    Hello

I got a Ps4 console, the console starts up, white bar but no image on the screen.

The HDMI port had no visible damage so I replaced the Panasonic MN86471A but it did not work, then I replaced the hdmi socket but it didn't change anything.

And the question, where to look further?

    best regards

This may be due to a faulty graphics processor.

At the HDMI socket there are ESD protection diodes, did you check them?

    Thanks for the suggestions.
I have successfully repaired the console.
The element marked on the photo was damaged (I soldered from another PS4 board).
Question for the future what is this item and can you buy somewhere?

How did you check the item? Did you put it to the test or did you make any measurements?
I probably need to replace the encoder, but I would prefer not to generate unnecessary costs and check other components.
    best regards

I took measurements (the reference was another functional board), the indicated element and one diode were damaged (if I remember correctly).

The circuit from the photo is a converter from 5V.
You have a fuse at its output.
There must be 5V on it when the console is turned on. If missing, a defective fuse or inverter.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a PS4 console (model CUH-1114H) that powers on with a white light but displays no image on the screen. The user initially replaced the Panasonic MN86471A component and the HDMI socket without success. Suggestions from other users included checking the graphics processor and ESD protection diodes at the HDMI socket. The user later identified a damaged component on the board, which was successfully replaced from another PS4. Further inquiries were made about the damaged component's identity and availability, as well as the need for measurements to confirm other potential issues, such as a defective fuse or inverter in the power circuit.
