Well, when I turn on the computer, the monitor stays black. It is not possible to break the monitor because I checked it on another computer. I followed forums and tried everything. I tried to restart the bios, pushing the graphics card, clean everything. Nothing worked. Please help.

So for now I found the name of the motherboard:
    ASRock G31M-S FWB1600 DDR2 800 Dual Channel

    Added after 58 [seconds]:

And whitenergy power supply PN: 07359 model: ATX-500W

    Added after 36 [seconds]:

But I don't know what graphics card I have

Whatever the card, try to remove it and do a test on the integrated graphics. Is a PC Speaker connected to the disc? Look at the capacitors on the board for cracks, bulges, leaks on the lids. The power supply is from the hazardous category, it should be checked well (or replaced with another one for testing).

The test did not give anything. The capacitors are fine but I don't know which pc speaker

In the instructions for the disc you have described the connectors of the disc. It should be connected to the socket, as in the photo below:

Remove RAM, blow out sockets, reinstall.

    Yes this one.
    Processor power supply (4pin) connected?
Remove all RAM cubes and start the computer. Is the speaker squeaking?

    Where is this 4pin?

Probably somewhere near the processor, since it is the processor power supply. Judging by the questions my colleague asks, he is gone Colleague Friend of the manual for this disc - so please download it, there are described all the sockets:

The CPU power socket is on this board here:

The power supply is connected. I took out the RAM bones and turned it on but I don't hear the beeps but the buzzing.

It is worth checking on a different power supply, if there are two memories then try to run only on one (if it does not start again, replace them and try on the one removed). If you have only one memory, you can check it or borrow another for testing. There is still a board and processor left - if you check all components and the board does not move, it will be guilty. An attempt to clean the CMOS was (as I see in the first post), but was it done correctly? Is the power disconnected, the CMOS jumper is switched on for about 10 seconds, then moved again to the right place?

If there are no signals from the buzzer after unplugging the RAM module, the most likely damaged motherboard.

When the RAM is removed, it buzzes (the question is whether PC Speaker or something else, if PC Speaker may be somehow still reacting).

    If there are no beeps?

Because humming how do we understand? :) It's best to record this sound and include it in the subject as a connector.

Buzzing in the sense that something is not broken just so characteristic when turning on the computer only without beeps. I'll record the sound when I get home.

Added after 2 [hours] 57 [minutes]:

I turned on the computer today and I don't know if the first thing I hear is the beep. I will send a sound.

    Added after 27 [minutes]:

And I know for sure that nothing is burned because I checked the power supply and processor and tried to give a different graphics card but it did not work either.

    It's maybe a disc, RAM - you don't know much ;)

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a computer that fails to display on the monitor after powering on, despite the monitor functioning correctly on another system. The user has attempted various troubleshooting steps, including resetting the BIOS, cleaning components, and checking the power supply. Responses suggest testing with integrated graphics, examining the motherboard for capacitor issues, ensuring proper connections for the CPU power supply, and verifying RAM functionality. The absence of beeps when RAM is removed raises concerns about potential motherboard damage. The user has confirmed the power supply and processor are functional and has tried different graphics cards without success.
