Hello, I have a problem with the new Lenovo C2 Dual Sim phone. I received it yesterday from the T-Mobile network, I turned on one sim card because I only have one. Approximately 52mb software update appeared. Downloaded it and crashed during installation. I have tried the same several times....

You are able to do a reset, and there is little information about what is happening with it.

Nothing is happening, menus are working properly etc but you cannot download and update your system. How to reset? Any keys to hold down?

Restoring factory settings and resetting from the phone menu item did not do anything further after downloading the update and during the installation a green robot and an error appear.

Added after 1 [minutes]: Added after 48 : Something like that appears and nothing can be done further. And the reset from the keys does not work. Can I upload it with some computer program?
