    Hello.
The problem is that after connecting the Evobox decoder to the Unicable Quad 40mm LNB converter, 2 Legacy Ports (IDLB-QUDL42-UNI2L-OPP) does not catch any signal. The cable connected to the gold connector and SAT1 in the settings changed to this type of converter and still nothing, I note that after connecting two silver connectors to SAT1 and SAT2 and setting to the universal converter is the signal from SAT1 and SAT2 so he does not understand what the problem is. Damage to the converter and the decoder is gone since I have already exchanged both devices and I have just finished ideas so I hope that maybe I will get some help here.

The signal is at SAT1 level signal strength 70% signal quality 62%, SAT2 signal strength 82% signal quality 62%.

According to the installation instructions, there is a connection of the gold connector at the converter to the SAT1 input at the decoder and in the setting I chose the unicable converter so obviously I did it at the beginning which did not give any positive result about what I mentioned. Do not you think that if the procedure in accordance with the instructions worked then I would assume here a topic with a request for help?

After changing the converter in the antenna configuration on IDLB-QUDL42-UNI2L, disconnect the decoder from the power supply and reconnect. Check even the decoder software version in Settings / Information / Conditional Access, should be 2.0.2.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around issues faced by a user connecting an Evobox decoder to a Unicable Quad 40mm LNB converter (IDLB-QUDL42-UNI2L-OPP). Initially, the user reported no signal reception when using the Legacy Ports, despite having signal strength readings of 70% and 82% on SAT1 and SAT2, respectively, when connected to a universal converter. Various responses suggested following installation instructions and checking the decoder's software version.
