I have this dilemma. I have 2 CP decoders.
    1 - PVR 7000
    2 - HD 5500s

As having previously one decoder and one hole in the wall outside the building and not wanting to drill another outside, I bought a converter - Unicable Quad 40mm LNB, 2 Legacy Ports, Inverto (1210, 1420,1680,2040 MHz), I connected it with a cable coaxial to the splitter (ZLA0636, 3-way, 5-2450 MHz) located inside the building and from the splitter further with coaxial cables to set-top boxes in two rooms. The one to the second HD 5500s decoder with a thinner cable (does it matter?) Than to the first decoder and thinner than the cable from the antenna to the splitter. Everything works, but if there is no current, then the second decoder, after reconnection, there is no signal and you need to connect it to the main antenna again bypassing the splitter, the time on the display jumps in, which means that it caught the signal from the antenna, disconnect and give again to the other room until the next power outage. This is one problem.
And the second is that after reading a few posts in this forum, I found that what works for me should not work and I'm already lost. Also after reading the CP instruction for PVR HD 7000, which says that the cable from the antenna should be connected directly to the LNB1 socket, and not to the splitter, I got in doubt. I mean, can I break something? In decoders and converter. Short circuit and these things. Also with this thinner coaxial cable to the second decoder. I am a layman, so I would like to ask for a too unpleasant statement, if you can of course ask
Oh, both of these decoders normally support a unicable converter.

The signal from the Unicable SCR converter from the gold connector (SCR) is connected to the splitter, to the IN socket.
Set-top boxes connect directly to the splitter OUT jacks.

In the HD 7000 decoder, connect the signal from the splitter to the LNB1 socket and select in the antenna configuration the converter type SCR CONVERTER, then:

    Frequency1 LNB1 = Decoder1 1210 MHZ
    Frequency2 LNB1 = Decoder2 1420 MHZ

In the HD 5500s decoder, connect the signal from the splitter to the LNB1 socket and select in the antenna configuration the converter type SCR CONVERTER, then:
    Frequency1 LNB = Decoder4 2040 MHZ

The quality of the connection cables used is important , they should all be of equal quality and 75 Ohm impedance.
It is best to use the proven Triset 113 cable type.

Recommended smallest antenna size when splitting the Unicable SCR signal into several decoders is 80 cm.

Accurate antenna alignment is also important and verifying this at least on the signal indicator embedded in the decoder menu.

    Yes, I have these settings.
I envy that with this picture. I have 64% signal strength and 50% power, but it works. Antenna diameter 70 cm. If I have money, I will change to a larger antenna. I wonder how much strength and power will increase?
I bought the thickest cable in the hypermarket, but still thinner than the one I had before. It works for now, so I won't move because other expenses are waiting.
Thanks for the answers. I did according to the hints and it works without a problem.
