[Solved] Zgemma H9.2S Satellite Issues - Connecting with Evobox Polsat & Suitable T-splitter Help

Best answers

Is the tee/splitter shown suitable for connecting a Zgemma H9.2S together with an Evobox Polsat receiver, and how should the Zgemma be configured so it sees the satellite?

No, that tee is not suitable for splitting the signal from the converter [#18107541] The Evobox configured for that LNB type uses all 4 SCR frequencies, so the Zgemma must be connected with a separate cable to one of the Legacy outputs; if you want both receivers on one cable, you need a Unicable/SCR II converter [#18107560] If you switch to Unicable, a normal 5-2400 MHz satellite splitter is acceptable [#18107746] On the Zgemma/OpenATV side, change the LOF setting to Unicable so the manufacturer, converter type, channel, frequency, etc. options become available [#18114574]

    Good day.
I have a converter as in the photo. I connected a tee to the zgemma 9.2si decoder to the evobox from Polsat. Polsat works zgemma 9.2s does not see the satellite. I am asking for help in configuration.
    Is the tee used suitable?

Such tees are not used to split the signal from the converter.

Ok, will the one in the photo be suitable for my converter?
At the moment there is only one decoder connected so I assume that it is not the fault of the tee. I disconnected the Cp.

Evobox configured for this type of LNB takes up all 4 SCR frequencies. For Zgemma to function, it must be connected via a separate wire to at least one of the two Legacy outputs.
In order for both decoders to work on one cable, you need to use a converter in the Unicable / SCR II technology.

Thanks for the hint. When changing the converter to the one that is compatible with the standard mentioned by you, the distributor I put in as the second one will be appropriate?
Now I have unplugged the evobox, it is only hooked up and still does not see the satellite :(
Hooked up to the golden exit. What am I wrongly positioned?
What should be the configuration for unicable and what is the usual output?

Yes. Or any other 5-2400 MHz satellite splitter.

    You have everything described ...

Depending on the used Unicable / SCR / dCSS converter, you configure the decoders according to the table below

Thanks for the links! Now it's easier for me to understand what's going on.
With the setting of the evobox to which the table is, I have no problem, I have a problem to type in h9.2s on enigma2 with openATV but in one of the articles there is an example I will try on it.

In the LOF section, you change to Unicable.
The options for selecting converter manufacturer, converter type, channel, frequency, etc. are activated.

Topic summary

✨ The discussion revolves around issues faced while connecting a Zgemma H9.2S satellite decoder with an Evobox from Polsat using a T-splitter. The user reports that while the Evobox functions correctly, the Zgemma H9.2S does not detect the satellite signal. Responses indicate that the T-splitter is not suitable for splitting the signal from the converter. It is suggested that the Evobox is configured to use all SCR frequencies, necessitating a separate connection for the Zgemma. A compatible Unicable/SCR II converter is recommended for both devices to work on one cable. Users are directed to resources for proper configuration and are advised to change settings in the LOF section to Unicable for the Zgemma.
