As in the subject, the internet speed basically prevents the use of any smart functions, YT statistics show a data flow rate of 600-900 kbps, but it can fall to a strange 90 kbps. One time, for a short period of time and for no apparent reason, a speed of 5000 kbps was achieved, which allowed to play a movie in full hd quality (the previously mentioned speeds allow max 360p). An interesting thing is that for the first few moments after turning on the video, the speed is some decent 2000-3200 kbps and then falls to the above-mentioned several hundred.
The TV connects using a wifi router to technicolor tgv589vn, netia service provider, the distance from the router in a straight line is about 7m, there are two walls on the road. Other equipment using wi fi in the same room as the TV works well, e.g. Lenovo Z50 laptop reaches YT data transfer speed up to 30,000 kbps.
I tried to change the DNS address to 8888 or 8844 but it did not work. Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to check what the case looks like when using an ethernet cable.
My guess is that the TV's network layout is worse than that of a laptop or phone, but I think that such low speeds are overkill and something must be wrong.
