Hello today I was restoring my computer to its initial state (settings-> update and security-recovery-> reset computer settings to initial state, with thorough disk cleaning). It was done after an hour, a black screen instead of the login menu and a working cursor, I thought that something fucked up and I did a reinstallation of the system, I did everything was ok, the desktop fired full pixelosis so I installed the driver for the graphics card (I use the computer integrated with the processor, this computer works not playing) and everything is ok, the normal screen appears but the desktop is without any icons and you can not turn on any of the applications or programs from the start menu, the start menu itself works, so I restarted the computer and suddenly the black screen again and the cursor works, so I installed it again once, but this time without the graphics card driver, but I copied the printer driver from the pendrive and started it, again the pixelosis disappeared, a normal desktop appeared without icons on which nothing can be displayed and the start menu works. And again, the computer works, the start menu works, but when logging in, a black screen with a cursor, I discovered that you can enter the password and then log into the system, but again the desktop is completely useless and you can not display any program or application although according to the taskbar they are running, you can not display it either console or any options. But I discovered that by right-clicking on the taskbar, I found that the selected desktop option can display the content of the desktop (only this one window is displayed) and there are magic computer trash and driver but I don't know what's going on, anyone knows how to fix it? I will only add that I have the original 64 bit windows 10 pro and not some pirate, ideas?

Since you are able to log into the system, I recommend that you enter the task manager (ctrl + shift + esc) and run explorer.exe, if the desktop does not appear after executing this command, go to the details tab, close explorer.exe and then restart it and everything should work. Unfortunately, sometimes it is so that even restarting the system does not fix the explorer.
