Sony Xperia Z3: Issues with Wifi & Bluetooth Connectivity - Solutions for Slider & Network

Hello.
The problem is the subject.
Wifi and bt in Xperia Z3 do not work. Everything else works. The restoration to its factory condition did nothing.
Wifi - switches the slider, but turns it off immediately, and does not search for any network.
BT - the slider returns to off after a second.
What can you do about it? What to replace

But check the battery optimization features just in case. Settings, Battery, Stamina mode and ultra stamina both off.
