    Hello.
    The problem is the subject.
Wifi and bt in Xperia Z3 do not work. Everything else works. The restoration to its factory condition did nothing.
Wifi - switches the slider, but turns it off immediately, and does not search for any network.
BT - the slider returns to off after a second.
What can you do about it? What to replace
    Please help.

Go to the gsm service or take advantage of the warranty if it is possible.

CAUTION TO MODERATOR will not damage your phone in service mode it can enable and disable all functions test HARD Reset. And no damage to the phone restores only the original version of the permanent rom. The second thing is if I did not have enough knowledge on the subject I would not propose this solution.

Sony does not use recovery mode on its phones. The way you entered is for a soft reset, not a hard reset.

Does Xperia companion software repair work the same way as a hard reset? Or factory reset doesn't work the same?

Software repair in xperia companion consists in uploading new firmware to the phone.
If after these steps there are still problems, as I wrote earlier, go to the website.

Buddy, but I am asking for advice on what can be exchanged, not whether I have to go to the website. I can open the phone myself and exchange what I need. I just need a tip where to look. I know there are plates and antennas responsible for bt and wifi. I exchanged what in the picture. It also did nothing. Any other specific suggestions?

The motherboard of the phone remains and you need to look for the reason on it. Look for a schematic for this model.

But check the battery optimization features just in case. Settings, Battery, Stamina mode and ultra stamina both off. If the phone has these two modes enabled, especially Ultra Stamina turns everything off and goes into airplane mode, the display shows windows asking whether to allow individual applications such as receiving and calling, sending SMS etc. First, then STAMINA, if it doesn't work then then service.

    That's what Admin will remove

I had everything turned off, so it's not that direction?
About half a year ago, the disc was supposedly replaced with a new one, because the phone had flooded (supposedly waterproof) ;) ). I will try to replace this antenna, which is next to the jack

And back to resetting .... Is the repair by Xperia Companion the same as hard reset? Because different voices walk around the ether

Repair with xperia companion gives as if the software overlay does not change neither the recovery mode nor the rom of these software is a fixed part as if the Windows installation. Bare software with device drivers and phone apps, the rest of the android is updated later alone. Returning to the antenna, it won't do much because it's just a strip of foil stuck with copper in the form of a metal plate. So rather if these previous activities did not give results then nothing remains but a service.
    greetings
