    Hello,

For several days, the phone automatically restarts - during use even every minute, and when not using it every 10 minutes.
The message "Unfortunately, the sonyericsson crash monitor has stopped" appears on the screen. Similarly, there is a message about stopping other applications, e.g. Instagram etc.
I did restore the phone to factory settings, unfortunately it did not help, the phone still cuts down and then turns off.
    The phone has free RAM.

Does anyone have an idea what's going on?

You can still upload pure soft via flashtool, but rather a malfunction is on the motherboard.

I will add that similar things have already happened with this phone, 2 times it was given for warranty and I just checked that it was about the motherboard twice (it was replaced), so it turns out that once again the same ...
Someone may know if if on March 1, 2017 the phone was sent to the service and the motherboard was replaced, is the warranty extended?
(The phone was purchased in April 2015, the 2-year warranty ended in April 2017, however it was put into service in March 2017)
Thank you in advance for your reply

Your warranty probably no longer exists, but there should be (though I don't know how much) a guarantee for the replaced part.

I have exactly the same thing that on Xperi Z1 C6903, it happened just a few days ago, before everything was ok, now it resets and turns off every now and again, if I don't use it a bit less often.
I did a factory reset and the fact works faster but the problem still occurs. I turned on safe mode on my phone and the problem resolved. I don't know what the reason may be. It is possible that something in the software since in safe mode everything is ok.

Is this something covered by the warranty?

You can send it back for warranty.

But are all your applications crashing so specific or the rest rarely ?? Because I have the same phone and there is no such application in it. Well, unless it's not a physical application on the system but a strange error. Personally, from the beginning I turned off Google Play so that it does not clutter my phone, now the phone is flashing like new. Personally, I do not know how effective this action is, but I did so after I got pissed off at the amount of applications forced by Google.

All applications work like that. And facebook it goes quite crazy, turns on and off unable to load.

Strange thing, I did system restore once again, but this time I did not install or update most of the previously used applications. I now have standard applications from the phone plus Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and nothing bad is happening (even though these applications were closing to me before), the phone works flawlessly and doesn't even heat up like before (it warmed up quite strongly in games, now barely what). I don't know myself what the problem may be ...

I cut all applications, I didn't use Facebook even though it was installed. Now everything is fluttering but Fb does not install for safety

Topic summary

The Sony Xperia Z1 Compact D5503 is experiencing frequent automatic restarts and application crashes, including the "sonyericsson crash monitor" error. Users have reported similar issues, with some suggesting that the problem may stem from a motherboard malfunction rather than software. Factory resets and software repairs have not resolved the issue for many. Some users found that operating in safe mode alleviated the problem, indicating a potential software conflict. Recommendations include uninstalling specific applications like Facebook, which may contribute to the instability. Warranty concerns were raised regarding previous motherboard replacements and coverage for ongoing issues.
