Connecting HDMI to VGA Cable: Display Laptop Image on TV with Euro Connector & Projector Settings

Hello, I have a problem because when I connect the HDMI to VGA cable it does not show me the image from the laptop on the TV
In the laptop there is no hdmi and in the TV there is no vga but there is a euro connector and here the question arises whether it can be done somehow in the settings so that the image from the laptop is displayed on the TV, I tried with the projector settings e.g. duplicate or expand like that, then could it be possible to convert the cable where the HDMI is soldered to the euro connector so that only the image is displayed

Such a cable is not allowed to work. You need an active converter from VGA to HDMI.

You need an HDMI-VGA converter because this cable is a sculpture from the description on the auctions that there is nothing but cables there, I don't know if such an invention will work anywhere. There's nothing to change on the TV.
