    Hello,
I want to connect an old monitor (call it "additional") to the computer (it has only a VGA connector)
he has to fulfill the role as a second, additional monitor (mainly to work in Photoshop to improve his work).

a second monitor, let's call it "main" is connected via DVI

    and now the problem :D

    I bought such a device:
VGA to HDMI adapter - the VGA monitor does not work when plugged into the vga hd

I have 3 connectors on the graphics card:
DVI (already occupied by the "main" monitor)
    HDMI
    DisplayPort

and my problem is that this "extra" monitor does not work.
Is it possible for it to work at all?
this converter what I bought on allegro is some cheap name so can it be that it is a shit and it will not go me just?

thanks for the help in advance,
    pozdr

The converter should work. Although in the title you write VGA to HDMI, you mean HDMI to VGA? The second monitor is visible in the graphics card panel?

There are digital-to-analog converters and they are not expensive. Even what the author has bought probably has a converter, because without him, I will agree with you that he has no right to act.
