Hello, I have a problem with Peugeot Boxer III 3.0 HDI 2011.
The problem is that the car goes out while driving.
Now I will describe the long way I went with the car, the car went to my workshop because of stalling while driving, I connected the computer (kts) and showed error P0091 break or short to ground, P0092 break or short to plus, at the beginning I took out the wiring harness, there were a few chafes of cables, so I soldered, I put on heat shrink tubes, all wires were checked with a conductivity meter, etc., error reset and test drive and the car goes out again and the same errors decision valve cr cost 450 replacement error reset test drive and again the car goes out I plug in the computer again same errors P0091 P0092 but the description is different High pressure fuel circuit value too small next idea pump in the tank replaced, of course the fuel filter also the same, so another cr valve another new, still the same, pressure sensor on the strip, still the same, the engine controller dismantled checked under in relation to electronics everything was ok a the problem is still the same, transfers on injections checked corrections on the computer ok, after a week and a half I had enough and the car was injected with the diagnosis injection pump, replaced it on the site for a new one and everything was ok for 2 days. And again the same thing - phone call to the service and gentlemen said that the question of injection remains. Well, I started to replace the injections but of course the screws in the head broke off and the injections came out in pieces because they were so baked, I ended up removing the head, regenerating it, replacing the set. timing of replacing the injectors with new ones from the store, test drive and still the car goes out mainly above 3 thousand revs, I connected the computer and again p0091 p0092 break or short circuit to plus weight, next cr valve and again p0091 p0092 high pressure fuel circuit value too low. During the test drive, the parameters suddenly started, the car jerked and went out, and the fuel pressure began to drop in the parameters, but as if I had removed the gas and not immediately to zero. I am fed up with this car and it is still going out, so if you have any idea, please help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Check if the fuel supply in the fuel tank is lost while driving - connect the light bulb on the cable in parallel to the pump.

Check this pump, in my HDI-hose cracked from the pump inside the tank.

I have the same problem only with Fiat DOBLO 1.6 JTD 2011. Filter replaced, spr injection, valve replaced with a new pump, clean tank, error P0091 in a moment P0092.

    Hello after the weekend.
We continue to fight, after the engine stops, the electric pump works so that the current does not disappear.

The topic is constantly repeating. After all, the beam just spills on the engine.

For now, P0092 has remained in the P0091.

Peugeot overtaken by the cause was a cr pump regenerated in diesel technology from Lublin (I do not recommend this company) about the complaint you could forget that there were filings in the pump that damaged the pump (only strange that after 1 day of setting up the pump after regeneration, the car continued to freak out and went out)

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a Peugeot Boxer III 3.0 HDI 2011 experiencing stalling issues while driving, accompanied by error codes P0091 and P0092, indicating problems in the high-pressure fuel circuit. The user has undertaken various troubleshooting steps, including inspecting and repairing the wiring harness, replacing the fuel pump and filter, and testing the pressure sensor. Despite these efforts, the stalling persists, with the same error codes reappearing. Other participants share similar experiences with different vehicles, suggesting potential issues with fuel supply and pump functionality. A follow-up indicates that a regenerated pump may have caused further complications, highlighting the importance of quality in repairs.
