Samsung S5 Neo - No Power After Call, Charging Unresponsive, Battery Icon Displayed

Hello, we have s5 neo, after the end of the call, the phone turned off, at the moment no reaction to charging, only the battery icon appears after turning on.

Try with battery replacement. I had similar symptoms with S4. The phone did not turn on when I connected the charger, zero response, also showed only the battery icon. I replaced the battery and the phone came to life.

On the second battery, I wrote the same wrong, maybe in the previous post, without connecting to the charger, only after pressing powera the battery icon appears.

Has the problem been resolved? I have an identical case.

I would charge the batteries. He took out and inserted the batteries. He pressed the key combinations as for download. And he put the usb cable in the socket. Changed soft.
