Hello, I have a question, how do I have two USB 3.0 connectors on the housing, they will match the USB 3.1 gen1 inputs on the motherboard? Motherboard: MSI Z270 SLI PLUS.

USB 3.0 is compatible with USB 3.1.

They are compatible, but some new boards have a different, newer USB 3.1 socket on the front panel. Fortunately, your motherboard has a standard legacy lead.
