The message means that the BIOS cannot see the disk. Damaged? Can you see it in the BIOS?

The BIOS cannot see the disk because sometimes it says "Start booting from USB device ... Remove disks or other media."

After all, the disk is USB or connected to the disc? Show the appropriate BIOS screens.

Thanks for helping, but the problem is solved. The problem was a faulty usb port, I changed it and everything is fine

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around an issue with accessing the boot menu on an MSI Z370 SLI PLUS motherboard for USB installation. The user reports that standard keys (Delete, F10) do not work to enter the boot menu. Responses suggest that the BIOS may not recognize the USB drive, possibly due to a faulty USB port. After troubleshooting, the user resolves the issue by changing the USB port, allowing successful access to the boot menu and installation from the flash drive.
