The topic may be trivial in a place like this, but you are my last resort - I bought a flat / floor of a tenement house. There is an intercom in the tenement house and I cannot ask the administrator to change his name on the intercom. However, I do not know how to open this intercom to get to the button labels - I do not want to damage anything. I need a special wrench for these screws or is there any way to do it?

If it is tight, you can unscrew it, and if it is tight, it can be pliers, but you can scratch the paint on the construction site.

Unfortunately, tightened, I prefer not to go crazy with pliers - they will lynch my scratches :) .

Replacing the description in this cassette is terribly annoying, because in order to get to the descriptions, apart from unscrewing the 2 screws holding the cassette, you basically have to disassemble all the buttons, because you have to unscrew the plate to which they are soldered. We do it in such a way that we unscrew all the wires from the cassette, remove it to the floor and only then unscrew the plates, because if those metal button caps with rubber pads fall, you are splashed :)
From the point of view of a service technician, it should not be done by people who do not know this equipment, because they can cause damage, e.g. damage the power supply, and in the least drastic case, confuse the call leads.

    best regards
