So if you write that the 740 goes in, what does the AC 950 sign mean? I took 950g and cooled perfectly

Air Conditioning Factor for Ford Focus 1.8 TDDI 99r - Is AC 950 the Correct Value? Please, my plate at the top, you have "like a bull" written 950kg - it is possible that this value applies to something else, 2 years ago when I was filled with atmosphere in the company, it also filled 950g and suggested this plate. The air conditioning switches on normally, cools almost immediately, nothing leaks, nothing squeaks

I am to understand that you hit 950 kg refrigerant according to the table? Cheek boy. Until I reach the calendar, make sure that today is not the first of April ... The amount of refrigerant determines the YELLOW sticker in the engine compartment. Possibly a vehicle manual, but why read it?

Tell him to switch to beet trade. I will write less.
You have a factor of 740 grams. In the current situation, the heat will come and stop cooling or you will kill the compressor

Good, really brilliant. The service will not consume as many kilograms of the factor for a year.

    Expect problems. System overfilled.

I counted on tons of hate, as it happens on the electrode, so you suggest to pump the factor and fill 740 g?

No hate but advice. It must be as in the instructions and not as in the "sticker"

Are you a masochist, or do you think that paying attention to someone can only get a tumor? Cooling systems are FILLING.
The refrigerant should be RECOVERED and then filled with the correct amount of refrigerant. I assume that there is no air in the recovered medium. The arrangement is tight and vacuuming will be done.

There is an old proverb "man learns from mistakes" you have probably committed them yourself. On Monday I will go under the machine and let me fill as much as I need. Thank you for the advice

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around the correct air conditioning refrigerant charge for a 1999 Ford Focus 1.8 TDDI. The user inquires about the AC factor indicated on the rating plate, which states 950 grams. Responses vary, with some users suggesting that the correct amount should be around 740 grams, as per standard guidelines. Despite the discrepancy, one user reports successful cooling with the 950 grams filled. Others caution against overfilling, warning that it could lead to compressor damage or system inefficiency. The consensus leans towards adhering to manufacturer specifications rather than the rating plate's indication.
