Hello, I have a problem starting my laptop. after switching on, it elegantly goes to the user's choice, and then after selection a black screen (even dark blue) appears with the cursor. There is nothing I can do anyway. Finally, I found help here, and after a few attempts to turn on with holding the left Shift, the options turned on:
-safe mode,
- safe mode with networking,
- safe mode with command prompt,
-Start Windows normally
Can anyone help which option to choose? I don't know anything about it and I prefer to ask this question so that it doesn't get any worse later. Thank you in advance for your help!
