Activating Kaspersky Lab Internet Security Multi-Device with a 13-Digit Code

I have a very simple question
I wanted to install Kaspersky Lab Internet Security Multi-Device on my computer
I installed the program from the internet, bought an activation code in the online store, but I got a 13-digit code and I need a 20-digit code to enter. I once bought a continuation by mistake and just had 13 digits. I'm sure I'm not smart enough and I'm doing something wrong, but how can I activate a program with such a short code, or is it a mistake and they sent the code too short? If someone is able to suggest something, please help me

After completing, you'll get the activation key.
