    Hello,

air conditioning leaks from the news in places marked in the photo.

Air conditioning is leaking sporadically, but when it "unseals", the effect is as if someone spilled 0.5l of water on the floor: /

I called the plumbing company, but they told me that "if the water bucket is full, this is normal".

In fact, the air conditioning had melted four times so far, and the bucket on the balcony was always full at that moment. I take care to empty the bucket, but in hot weather it is easy to overlook this fact (it fills up quickly with 5 liters). And now I do not know if the air conditioning is leaking due to intense work due to the heat or from an overfilled bucket.

The distance of the outdoor unit to the indoor unit is 1m (one wall).

    My questions:

Is this a normal phenomenon? (somehow I don't feel like believing)
What arguments should be presented to the installers for the next complaint?

Need a more efficient condensate pump - the current one does not work.
If it was like that from the beginning, it means that they screwed something up at the beginning.
The bucket has nothing to do with the wet wall, you could have a pool at the end, and if you had condensate dripping down the drain somewhere, you wouldn't even know you're sweating more. If it is warmer muggy stuffy (if you prefer) it condenses more and if the pump would keep up, you would have no problem with the wall but still with the bucket ;)

Or maybe there is no pump there, only gravity is supposed to work and with a badly leveled tube, there is more condensate in hot weather and it goes back ...

After all, he wrote that he had a bucket ...
Berez, take the tube out of the bucket, I assume it is flexible, clean its end and blow it solidly.
That's the only thing you can do.
Also spray the filters and clean them with water. By the way, see if the lamellas are not covered with frost in the third fan speed.
This, in fact, may indicate that the factor is small.

    I know...
    I asked nowhere about it.

Either you have a botched job and someone insulated the pipes under the A / C badly or did the drain badly. Or put in a bigger bucket.

The cause may be a double siphon in the condensate drain, then the water will not force the air out of one siphon. This usually happens when the drain is routed through a flexible tube and the slope is too small.

buddy from this samsung air conditioning, you dealt with this problem of air-conditioning leak, what photo did you say? I have the same problem and I also have this climate. What the cause? Where to look for the problem and how to solve it?

I am asking because the installations may have been kicked off. Who made it? How is the condensate drained?

A plumber who claims that he did the right thing and is jammed somewhere like I'm waiting for him. Condensation drains too slowly. I live at home. He goes outside. And where was the problem with you? How did you repair? Me overflowing from the tray.

plumber :) a capable beast of him :)

Is something really dripping from this tube? Have you watched
Which means from the tray - for me, the tray is installed on the outside of the air conditioning.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a Samsung air conditioner that is leaking water, with the user experiencing significant overflow from the condensate bucket. The user is uncertain whether the leaks are due to the bucket filling up quickly in hot weather or a malfunction. Responses suggest potential causes including an inefficient condensate pump, improper installation, or issues with the condensate drain, such as a double siphon effect. Recommendations include checking and cleaning the drain tube, ensuring proper installation, and possibly upgrading to a larger bucket. The distance between the indoor and outdoor units is noted as 1 meter, which may also affect drainage efficiency.
