Air conditioning is leaking sporadically, but when it "unseals", the effect is as if someone spilled 0.5l of water on the floor: /
I called the plumbing company, but they told me that "if the water bucket is full, this is normal".
In fact, the air conditioning had melted four times so far, and the bucket on the balcony was always full at that moment. I take care to empty the bucket, but in hot weather it is easy to overlook this fact (it fills up quickly with 5 liters). And now I do not know if the air conditioning is leaking due to intense work due to the heat or from an overfilled bucket.
The distance of the outdoor unit to the indoor unit is 1m (one wall).
My questions:
Is this a normal phenomenon? (somehow I don't feel like believing)
What arguments should be presented to the installers for the next complaint?
