Samsung RL34HGMG Fridge - Freezer Drawer Stuck, Floor Leakage, Drips & Water Freezing Issues

Liquid Samsung RL34HGMG in the freezer, this water freezes that it is impossible to pull out the drawer, and the rest is poured onto the floor. I am asking for help what can it be and what to do with it.

1. Evaporator drainage outlet blocked or more likely blocked.
2. Problems with the defrost system. Heater + around.
3. Loss of refrigerant causing large and fast defrosting / freezing of the evaporator part that the defrost system cannot handle.
