I warmly welcome. I need to buy a vacuum cleaner for typical home use. Requirements:
    - Durability (I mean all inventions in which the housing or hoses break in such places that they lose their tightness or pipes falling out of the joints),
    - The greatest suction power (can write on the plate as much as he wants, but it has to pull well, probably everyone knows how to irritate a weak vacuum cleaner),
    - Availability of bags and filters (here I mean wonders, which then the bag does not go to buy)
    - An electro or turbo brush would be a nice addition, although it is not required.
    - Price up to PLN 400 (I am thinking about better class and quality stimulant, if you can buy it like that).

I have this equipment in my family home (or at least it looks identical, including the equipment). In addition to low quality workmanship here (fitting elements, although I must say that the housing is solid) the machine has been working great for three years, it is not tortured but it is not spared. The only issue is - I have twice the power. Grip to get around the recipes or actually twice as weak?
I understand that in this price range is the optimal choice?

    with power, yes and no
according to the EU you cannot use higher powers ... blah blah blah ????
the rotor designs are changed to get a similar suction power .... similar but not the same, the rotors are more delicate :( WHYYYY !!
If you can see what engine was there I will gladly replace it with a more powerful one
but normally this model can do it: filters are cheap as borscht on aledrogo
a lot of accessories - except for the turbo brush and the nozzle, I don't use the rest :D
I get pissed off a few things, when you pull the pipe, sometimes it goes wherever it wants, hmmm, the housing is strong, but if you roll, it breaks or scratches - not in strategic places!
still attaching the accessories hehehe well they still fall out
the turbo brush will not get under the low bed, rubbery hose in the sense of softness
turbo brush switch very delicate I broke pressing my leg locked now in the desired position :D
but such clinging is really good equipment for the price

to make it even better, I have a 10.5 profile better, better housing, better overall better class, impeller much better BUT
the vacuum cleaner itself costs more than 400 plus you have to throw out a nightmare basic brush over 150 turbo brush original unless ?? i bought on olx from jupiter :) what you want to buy for 30 PLN and an adapter for 8 PLN and it works !!! buy a hepa filter the worst flaw dumps dust parallel to the floor by lifting it from the carpet floor etc. - for me it is not an obstacle, but others may not fold, but the vacuum cleaner will survive literally everything we wrap it on the edges of the stairs sometimes as a workshop serves as many times I went over the hose, the regulator from some zelmer from demolition I put in and I forget about the bag until it stops pulling.
    almost no accessories
I will not say a very good model for many years but you have to invest relatively more than the above model.
Both walk after 30 minutes several times a week also tested
interlining bags are 100x better / softbag or whatever they are / paper bags
    we have parts for both
if you have 400, buy a 350 Jupiter with free delivery
profi is for 430 you have a vacuum cleaner alone hepa filter about PLN 22 I think bags PLN 11 for 5 pcs plus turbo brush that is 500 PLN as you buy used

No, it was a different model, the Zelmer Jupiter 4000 - older, had 2100 W but looks the same as the recommended one (probably even the same housing, because it has HEPA and these other reptiles, hence my question). Similar equipment but the hard hose cannot be broken and the accessories do not fall out - they are screwed in and unscrewed slightly and sit very confident when vacuuming.

Due to the fact that I really have a problem with collecting the parcel (online purchase is not an option, and if something did not have time for warranty games), and the recommended Zelmer was at cosmic prices (RTV Euro AGD and Saturn in Łódź offer it for about 550 PLN) I didn't buy it. I bought another - Electrolux ZPFCLASSIC. And this is the last copy of any vacuum cleaner found around PLN 400 with similar vacuuming efficiency in the stores that I visited.

    Disadvantages:
    1. Poor equipment, even a small brush is missing.
    2. No turbo brush (although the brush in the set is good, so I can do without it).
    3. Brushes from Zelmer do not match :-(
    4. The snake could be harder. It seems to be flexible and after refraction returns to its original position but ...
    5. Only two years warranty.
    6. Lack of instructions in Polish ...
    7. ... and what is in other languages is hard to call a manual. Although the operation is so intuitive that only what, I was thinking about the hanger for additional brushes, but it would be good to know how much, e.g. replace the inlet filter.
    8. Lack of brush rack, cables could also be longer.

    Benefits:
    1. Relatively good quality of the whole.
    2. Passable culture of engine work.
    3. High vacuuming efficiency.
    4. Very high suction power for 600 W - I have no idea how they squeezed it, but he could easily have 1500 W on the plate. I would like to make a comparison with 2000 W generation before EU regulations (with the airflow itself being clearly smaller, which is why I compare with 1500 W) and I would not be surprised if the suction power itself was similar. When the bag is not full, there is nothing to go beyond half the power.
    5. Even under a heavy load, the radiator is not too small - today after a test vacuuming of the whole apartment - everything that could be vacuumed - was just warm. This is the coolest vacuum cleaner I've ever had. This is probably where the power was reduced.
    6. Air outlet up - it can be turned into a non-dusted part of the room and it will not make a blizzard.
    7. Swivel rear wheels.
    8. Accessories and equipment hold firmly and do not tend to fall out while not jamming and can be easily replaced.

Let it be lasting, I'm afraid of it the most. I recommend the device itself. The pros and cons, of course, have different weights - for me the most important is the effectiveness of vacuuming, and here the equipment is great. The lack of a turbo brush irritated me the most, but when I saw the stock brush collecting dirt from pavements, I found that - at least in current conditions - a turbo brush is unnecessary.

both the warranty and the instruction MUST be translated into PL / legal requirements / require the seller to get it This is the reason for canceling the contract
there are reductions for vacuum cleaners
    for example, http://www.invest.biz.pl/pl,zlacza-redcyjne-ssawki-uniwersalne,zlacze-redcyjne-w-3532.html
choose the right one for your brushes
and it will be ok :D

Topic summary

The discussion centers around finding a durable home vacuum cleaner with high suction power, priced under PLN 400. Key recommendations include the Zelmer Jupiter ZVC425HT, which features a 1000 W motor, a turbo brush, and easy bag availability, although some users noted issues with the quality of fittings and accessories. Another option mentioned is the Electrolux ZPFCLASSIC, which, while lacking a turbo brush and some accessories, is considered a viable choice within the budget. Users emphasize the importance of durability, effective suction, and the availability of bags and filters, while also expressing frustrations with the limitations of current models due to EU regulations on power consumption.
