Best Efficient & Quiet Vacuum Cleaner for 2-Room Apartment: iRobot Alternatives & Budget Options

I am looking for knowledge about the best vacuum cleaner to buy for a 2-room apartment in a block of flats. (2 quite small rooms, kitchen, hall and bathroom)
I would like it to be quite efficient, quiet and not too persistent in operation. How much is best to spend on such a purchase and what to follow.
I prefer to ask on the forum to buy good equipment, not to overpay and to ask reasonable opinions.

I was still thinking about an automatic cleaning device like iRobot, but it's probably quite expensive fun.

Price plays a role, but I want to buy a vacuum cleaner that won't break down after a year or two, if you know what I mean.
I am a student, the apartment is mine, and since I want to keep it fairly tidy, a good vacuum cleaner will do me good.

Hello. For my part, I can recommend Zelmer Jupiter ZVC425HT with a clear conscience. I've been for about two years. Inexpensive, cheap bags (PLN 30 for 4 pcs), "turbo brush", while vacuuming it almost "pulls" the carpet (you have to reduce the power, because that's how it sucks). 4-year warranty.

More probably "price" will be 400 zlotys.

How is carpet vacuuming?

We have the Tefal XTREM POWER CYCLONIC that can handle carpets, hair and the rest of the floor in general. It has a two-position brush, thanks to which you do not have to change the ends of the carpet and flat surfaces such as panels, tiles. It works quietly, the cable length is sufficient.
