Muting Ventilation Sounds in Modern Block of Flats: Noise-Reducing Grilles & 100mm Pipe Solutions

I have been in a new apartment for about 3 months. The building is not a year old. Modern construction. Unfortunately, I have a problem. You can hear your neighbors from the vent in the kitchen. You can hear everything they are talking about. This is extremely irritating. What can I do?
Any ventilation grilles that let air out but muffle noise? The ventilation is a hole in the wall and inside a 100mm pipe, probably aluminum, it sounds cruel. Agrobex developer. The ventilation works well, it draws in the air very strongly, I would not like to block the ventilation completely, but at the moment it is the only option to live a normal life.

I would move the ventilation to another place with the pipe outside and build it, as far as possible from the original place.
