[Solved] Gorenje W7443L - Error E7, the washing machine does not drain the water

The E7 message popped up, there is such a knob in the front at the bottom and I cleaned it, the pipes on the back seem to be free. I read on the forum that you need to look at the pump, because maybe a missing sock got lost there (getting between the drum and the seal). So with the question to you, how to get to the pump in this device? At the back I twist the entire metal cover and you can see this pump over there? :)

Thanks for your help, I'm a bit of a layman. If I can't handle it, I'll look for a service in the area. I do not know how much such a pump costs, whether it pays off after 6 years of good work

And that's where the pump is, just a little deeper.

I cleaned this 'fan' at the bottom, I put a hose into the pipe that flows from the washing machine and ran warm water for a long time. Some fouls fell out and the washing machine returned to normal :)

I recommend preservation with vinegar, citric acid and soda - the washing machine looks like new.
