Limiting Dedicated RAM for Intel HD Graphics 5500 on Lenovo B50-80 Laptop

I created an account because I can't find the answer to my problem anywhere. Everyone wants to increase the amount of dedicated RAM for the graphics card, but I would like to limit it. The equipment is a Lenovo B50-80 laptop with an integrated card from Intel HD 5500, as standard it had 4GB RAM but I added a bone in dual and now is 8GB, while in some situations I sometimes lack it and as I managed to notice the card reserves half of the RAM that I have, i.e. 4GB what you don't need in the graphics. And hence my question if you can somehow assign a RAM limit for this graphic in Win10, in the BIOS there is no such function I have already checked and Microsoft support does not write anything about it.

The memory of the card is set to 128MB as seen on the screen.

There is no maybe have (if needed). Of these 4 GB, the actual amount is taken and dynamically released. The CPU specifications indicate that 16 GB graphics memory max what about Max Memory Size (dependent on memory type) 16 GB points to just that variable - depending on your needs - how to use shared memory by the graphics system.
